2. The contention of the petitioner is that the F.I.R. has been registered under Section 80 and other Sections of the B.N.S., 2023 whereas it should have been registered under Section 80(2) and other Sections of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, for redressal of his grievances for additional of proper Section, by way of filing a representation.

If such a representation is filed before the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, he will act in accordance with law and if he finds that there has been some mistakes in the levelling of the Sections, the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, shall file an application before the local Chief Judicial Magistrate, for addition of those Sections.
