Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with P.S. Case No. 414 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, there is direct allegation against the petitioner to assault the informant husband and his brother.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean. He is in custody since 17.05.2022. Charge sheet has already been filed in this case.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail at present. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge. The Trial Court thereafter shall release him on bail on imposing his own conditions, so that he shall not evade his appearance during trial.
