2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 15.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13767 of 2022 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, further eight weeks time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bonds before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond. Petitioners are also directed to comply the earlier direction of this Court of deposit of Rs. 18,000/-, as estimated cost of sand.

4. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13767 of 2022 is modified to the above extent.
