2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 617 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 334(1), 305 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42498 of 2025(5) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 617 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gaya Muffasil Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
