1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to implement the award dated 18.12.2007 passed in reference case no. 5(c) of 2005 by the Industrial Tribunal, Patna, whereby and whereunder the learned tribunal has reinstated the Petitioner service as a peon in subordinate cadre of the Bank.

(ii) For further directing to the respondent authorities to make payment

Patna High Court CWJC No.9830 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 of his all-previous due wages of his employment at the rate revised time to time by Ministry of Labour, Govt of India as in date to the Petitioner with immediate effects for his livelihood to the Petitioner which have been stopped from February 2022."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
