JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/448/341/323/325/379/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is of making assault by the petitioner and FIR named persons to the son, daughter and neighbour of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the neighbour of the informant received grievous injury.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.442/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
