2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No. 142 of 2021.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have actively participated in elopement of the informant's daughter with coaccused Pankaj Yadav.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case owing to personal grudge and village politics. He bears clean background. It is submitted further that co-accused Binda
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39260 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 Yadav @ Vinda Prasad (father of the present petitioner) has been granted regular bail by this Court under order dated 07.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2367 of 2023 and the petitioner is the brother of the main accused against whom there is allegation of enticing away the daughter of the informant.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No. 142 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
