2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352 of the BNS, 2023, subsequently, Section 109 of the BNS, 2023 was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner, without accepting his guilt, is ready to compensate the victim for the cost which

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, at the time of furnishing his bail bonds, will submit a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- in the name of the informant in the Court below and then only his bail bonds shall be accepted. The demand draft will be released in favour of the informant by the Court below.
