JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Parihar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 was within the knowledge of the present petitioner, as such, he disclosed it in paragraph 3 of the regular bail petition. Later on, he came to know that the petitioner has been remanded in four other cases and it was the reason that the bail bond of the petitioner was not accepted by the learned court below. The petitioner is under custody for a period of more than one year.

Considering these facts and circumstances, the modification petition is allowed.

The learned court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner, as observed, vide order dated 31.05.2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37079 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 762 of 2022. The order dated 31.05.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

If it comes to the notice of the court that the petitioner is implicated in any other case after passing of this order, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
