JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard Sri Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.08.2015 in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case no.269 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 420, 419, 120(B), 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on the allegation that he impersonated in the examination in respect of appointment of constable. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2015.
Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner, Nand Lal Kumar be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52823 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case no.269 of 2015.
