This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 328, 308, 304 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Sahid. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Govt. Rail P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.
