In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.08.2015 passed in S.Tr. No. 270 of 2014, arising from Bisfi P.S. Case No. 99/2011 by which the court below has rejected the discharge application and fixed the case for framing of the charge. The Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Madhubani has discussed the prosecution case, including considered the different paragraphs of the case diary and after applying his mind, rejected the discharge application.

This Court does not find any error in the order of the court below. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
