Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b), (ii), (c), 27(A), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Sitamarhi.

The allegation is of recovery of altogether 50.410 Kg Ganja from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the huge quantity of psychotropic substance recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46371 of 2021(4) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

However, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to take all serious measures to produce the prosecution witnesses on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. (Purnendu Singh, J) manish/- U T
