1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.45 of 2023, registered for offences under Section 354(C) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67 and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.45 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36844 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

5. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
