Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that petitioner demanded 05 K.g fish at the behest of the police for allowing the informant to enjoy the fishery right. On refusal to make demand the petitioner fired, causing injury to the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that lacerated injury found on the left thigh has been found to be caused by hard and blunt substance, whereas multiple tiny petechial hemorrhage on right thumb, preferably may be due to gun powder. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri Shyamal Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Danapur.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
