The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, despite taking consideration money, this petitioner neither executed sale-deed in favour of informant nor returned said money. Petitioner denies the allegation and submits that not a single money has been received by him from the informant, but only with a view to humiliate & harass and put pressure on him (petitioner), this false and concocted case has been lodged. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no chit of paper or any document has been filed by the informant in support of his allegation and as such, no case under aforesaid sections of the I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37465 of 2022(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S.
