Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with C1-377 of 2016, disclosing offence under Section 498A of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners is of demand of dowry and torture and further allegation that husband of the complainant has married with the petitioner in this case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is second wife of the petitioner and no specific allegation has been attributed against her and it has been submitted that husband has already been granted bail. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also, they have opposed the prayer for

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar Sitamarhi, in connection with C1-377 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
