Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Harshidhi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case due to ulterior motive of the informant. Further submission is that the deceased had died due to train accident and the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid accident. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
