The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.110 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that petitioner is neighbour of the victim and entered into the room and tried to disrobe. When she protested allegation has been made against him to have pushed down from the roof that caused injury to her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she discharged after certain treatment. The present case has been lodged as there was a dispute with regard to the court-yard in between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49194 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of ten months in jail custody.
