10-11-2015 The petitioner, who is husband of deceased and in custody in Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013 (G.R. No. 1550 of 2013) registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. The F.I.R. was lodged by the uncle of the deceased, in which, it was alleged that the petitioner, who was husband of the deceased and other family members had done to death the deceased and dead body was thrown in a well.

In view of nature of accusation and the fact that the petitioner was the husband of the deceased, there is no reason to grant bail to the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed.
