2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.61 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 351(3), 352 and 79 of the B.N.S.
3. The case of prosecution, in short, is that petitioner along with others have assaulted the informant with iron rod and the butt of the pistol. It is further alleged that petitioner along with others have also made firing.
4. Learned counsel has submitted that altogether fifteen persons are made accused in this case. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus and from perusal of the order of learned trial court that one of the injured namely Nutan
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34911 of 2026(2) dt.20-05-2026 2/2 Kumari has sustained grievous injury and Kusho Kumari received simple injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case and he is in judicial custody since 04.02.2026.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj, P.S. Case No.61 of 2026.
