2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81228 of 2024, for extending the period of surrender.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that since the order extending the privilege of anticipatory bail passed by this Court could not be communicated to the petitioner, as he had been residing outside the State, he could not surrender within the stipulated time and furnish his bail bond(s).

4. In view of the averments made in the modification application and the submission advanced, the period for surrender and furnishing bail bond(s) is extended to further
