The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 467,468,420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that co accused Maho Yadav, Sundar Yadav, Anil Yadav and Shyamdeo Yadav started abusing and stopped the informant from ploughing the land, on protest being made it was said that they purchased the land. Subsequently, it was found that some imposter has executed the sale deed with regard to the land of the informant. It is alleged that the petitioner is the deed writer of the alleged sale deed.

No.2639 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was only named in the FIR without parentage and address hence the petitioner has no information about the present case. Though the petitioner is accused in three other case of similar nature but he is on bail in those cases. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2010 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
