The petitioner has renewed his application for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 524 of 2014 arising out of Thakraha (Bhitaha) P.S.Case No. 86 of 2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from the earlier order dated 04.03.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51643 of 2014 that the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. He is alleged to have given Farsa blow upon the head informant's husband which proved fatal.

In that view of the matter, I do not find it a fit case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49812 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 for grant of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to strictly abide by the order dated 04.03.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51643 of 2014.
