2. The petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 393 of 2025, registered for offences under Sections 80(2) & 238 of the B.N.S. read with Section 3/4 of the D.P.Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the daughter of the informant for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any

It is next submitted that the co-accused Arun Kumar and the deceased were married in the year 2019 and they have two children, who are now staying with the present petitioners and when the deceased committed suicide, the family members of the deceased were informed by the petitioners. Learned counsel further submits that the present case has been filed by the prosecution only to pressurize the petitioners to give F.D.R. of Rs. 5 lakhs in the name of the children, out of which Rs. 1 lakh was already given to the prosecution side but after a delay of three days, this F.I.R. was filed. The petitioners have clean antecedents. The petitioners undertakes to co-operate in the case/trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 35989 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 3/3 in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 393 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. with further condition that:- (i) The court below shall verify the fact that whether the children are staying with the petitioners or not, if it is found that the children are staying with the petitioners, then the bail bond of the petitioners shall be accepted.
