Earlier, the petitioner has moved for bail but the Court has not granted the same. This Court has received the report from the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Kaimur at Bhabua, by which it has been informed that out of eleven witnesses one witness has been examined and still ten witnesses are yet to be examined by the Court below.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47793 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 ensure the completion of trial within the aforesaid period. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner will have a liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
