JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/304(B)/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons poisoned the daughter of informant to death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is father-in-law of deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.01.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui PS case No.221/2020.
