A fresh vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in the modification application. Office is directed to accept the same.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11642/2023 to the extent of correcting the name and address of the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the father's name and address of the petitioner got wrongly mentioned in the main bail petition, due to which the same got incorrectly mentioned in the order sheet also. The correct name and address of the petitioner is "Krishna Kumar, S/o Rajdeo Singh, resident of Village- Mahuyia Bigha, P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60444 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 Akorhi Gola, District-Rohtas". The correct name and address of the petitioner is also mentioned in the vakalatnama filed in the Court. As such, the same may be rectified.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 27.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11642/2023 is hereby modified to the extent that the name and address of the petitioner at the cause-title be read as "Krishna Kumar, S/o Rajdeo Singh, resident of Village- Mahuyia Bigha, P.S. Akorhi Gola, District-Rohtas".

Further, as prayed for and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Indrapuri P.S. Case No.382 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Court No.1, Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. 7.

The order dated 27.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11642/2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order dated 27.04.2023. 8.
