JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 This is an application for grant of regular bail in favour of the petitioner who is an accused in connection with Arwal PS Case No. 130 of 2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2015. From his possession, allegedly a stolen motor-cycle was recovered. It is the petitioner's contention that the motor-cycle was given to him by one Guddu Kumar. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation and the period of incarceration, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47729 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in Arwal PS Case No. 130 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
