2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to medically examined the petitioner again after setting aside the Review Medical Examination Report dated 15.09.2016 of the petitioner (Annexure-1).

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared in the examined process for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2997 of 2017(4) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 appointment on the post of Constable GD in the year 2015 and he has wrongly been declared unfit in the Medical Examination Board and subsequently, in the Review Medical Examination also.

4. Learned Counsel for the Union of India submits that it is a matter of the year 2015 and petitioner has exhausted the legal remedy. He further submits that the Authorities have provided him opportunity to appear before Review Medical Board, but there, he found unfit.

5. In the light of the facts and circumstances, this Court finds that with the influx of time, this case has become infructuous. As such, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed having no merit in this case.

6. With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present writ application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
