JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That by the writ application, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions commanding the respondents to consider and make payment of entire arrear salary during the suspension period i.e. from 601-2018 to 31-7-2020 in the light of Bihar Service Code, Bihar Pension Rules and law settled by the Hon'ble Court in Full Bench."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14486 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle, Purnea i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
