It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that all the material witnesses named in the charge-sheet have already been examined and they have not supported the case of the prosecution.

The learned lower court will see the file and in case there happens to be truthfulness in the assertion of the learned counsel for the petitioner, then in that event, will release the petitioner on bail.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition for bail is disposed of.
