The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 285, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation, altercation took place on the demand of money as the informant had a tea and Litti shop and due to such altercation he was thrown on the hot oil causing burn injury. It is stated that the injury is simple in nature and petitioner has already remained in custody for about three months. It is also submitted that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner's antecedent is clean.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Chhotu Singh @ Bijay Kumar Singh is
