The petitioner has sought a direction upon the Industries Department to give subsidy in Electricity charges under the Bihar Industrial Incentive Policy, 2006. We find that it is not clear as to whether the petitioner has ever applied for subsidy under the aforesaid Policy, 2006 or not. Certain other queries have also been put forth to the learned counsel for the petitioner but no reasonable answer has

Under these circumstances, we dispose off the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director, Industries Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, with a period of two weeks from today, whereafter the said Authority shall examine the matter and pass reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of three weeks thereof.
