2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other named accused persons abused and assaulted informant and his family members by means of knife and farsa, due to which, they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to oblique motive. Further submission is that the doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
