For the petitioner: Mr. Sushil Kumar Roy, Advocate For the State : Mr. Amresh Kumar Sinha, AC to GA-1 AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

The parties are unanimous in their view that the matter may be closed as there is already an order dated 01.09.2017 and learned counsel for the petitioner has instructed his client to do the needful for getting payment. Learned counsel for the State submits that no sooner the formalities are completed by the petitioner the payment will be released within a period of two months from the same date on which the formalities are completed. The matter is settled and accordingly disposed of. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
