JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 342 of 2015 registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 23, 25(A), 29(A) and 32 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1985.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2926 of 2016 (4) dt.13-04-2016 2/2 Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners are alleged to have damaged and shut down the towers of Idea Cellular Company in the township of Gaya and damaged equipment as also cut down wire of the cable laid down by the company, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. However, in case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
