The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 24.11.2016, passed by the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in T.R. No.3541 of 2016, whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate discharge petition and/or raise all the issues raised in the present
