Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, appellant is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2916 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that the occurrence took place in a public place but nobody was present there.
