2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 566 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the sister of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The informant in her statement has said that her

7. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 4th, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 566 of 2023.
