The present application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwa Hatt O.P.) P.S. Case No.187 of 2023 for offence registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504, 834 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the wife of this petitioner fell ill and on medical examination, it was found that there was formation on cyst in the right ovary, which is required to be operated immediately. 4.
Considering the submissions as made on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40047 of 2024(3) dt.23-05-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner and without going into the merits of this case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail for a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwa Hatt O.P.) P.S. Case No.187 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Saharsa with a condition that petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial court after completion of period of provisional bail as granted by this Court.
