JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to illness and the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3563 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
