ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

By way of the present modification application, the petitioner seeks extension of time earlier granted vide order dated 04.11.2015, which is a reiteration of the order dated 01.10.2015 by which the petitioner had been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail fixing three weeks time for surrender in the Court below in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, for availing the said privilege. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner due to some unforeseen circumstances could not surrender before the Court below within the time fixed by this Court in the said two orders and thus prayed for extension of time.

In view of the facts stated in the application, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4823 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 petitioner surrender within a period of four weeks from today. The modification application thus, stands disposed of. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not comply with present direction, the order dated 01.10.2015, shall stand withdrawn.
