1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to compete the entire work of the Scheme of Har Ghar Nal Jal in Ward No.-4, Gram Panchayat Dhay Harna Mahgama, Anchal Rajaun, District- Banka ,SO that beneficiaries of the each and every house may get water of the scheme and drinking water problems may be resolved in achieving the goal of the scheme. (ii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to make spot local enquiry and to take proper legal action
Patna High Court CWJC No.9652 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 against the erring officials in whose in action facility of Har Ghar Nal Jal Yojna is not being provided to the house of each beneficiaries of ward no. 4 of Gram Panchayat, Dhay Harna Maggama aforesaid."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
