The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.120 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 366A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.04.2019. He further submits that petitioner and victim were in love with each other and they have married with each other with their own sweet will.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34143 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.120 of 2018.
