====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-07-2022 Heard Mr. Virendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conference.

Earlier vide order dated 20.06.2022 bail was granted to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence the alias name of the father of the petitioner has left to be mentioned due to which the petitioner could not be released till date.

A modification application has been filed bringing on record the relevant necessary documents in support of his submission.

Case has been wrongly typed as Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 379 of 2020 instead of Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 397 of 2020. Let the father's name of Amresh Kumar @ Amresh Singh be read as Brij Kishor Singh @ Bijuli Singh @ Bijli Singh as mentioned in paragraph 7 of the modification application and P. S. Case No. 379 of 2020 be read as Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 397 of 2020 as mentioned in the prayer portion of the modification application.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.06.2022 be modified to the aforesaid extent and the present order be treated as part of the same.
