2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as not maintainable by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 66473 of 2023.

3. I do not see any reason to reconsider the earlier dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66473 of 2023.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with the observation that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be disposed of on its merit, without being prejudiced by this order. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
