2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submitted that there are every chances in respect of error in calculation. If it is so, in this regard, petitioner is

3. If such representation is submitted, the concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the same and decide within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
