2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 52 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, along with other accused, is alleged to have killed the deceased in his in-laws house.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.3.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide and the petitioner, being the co-villager of the in laws house of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that it has come during investigation that the deceased has committed suicide in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39128 of 2026(3) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 his in-laws house.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 52 of 2026.
