Patna High Court L.P.A No.614 of 2018 dt.28-06-2019 2/2 The issue raised in this petition has already been decided by a Division Bench, the judgement whereof was delivered by one of us (Hon'ble Anjana Mishra, J.) reported in 2019 (2) B.L.J. 640.
The present matter relates to a similar appointment as an Anganbari Sevika on the strength of the qualification of Vidya Binodini claiming the same to be equivalent as Matriculate.
As indicated above, the issue has already been decided by the Division Bench in the case of Sangita Devi Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2019(2) B.L.J. 640 and applying the principles and the ratio thereof we see no reason to interfere with the conclusion drawn by the learned Single Judge in this appeal.
